Grad Nite Sponsor Packages

How Can Our Community Help?

​

The PTSA seeks to make Grad Nite inclusive by keeping ticket prices low, and fundraising to offset other Grad Nite costs. This year, we need to raise $18,000-$37,000.  Our minimal goal will cover transportation and administrative costs. Our next priority is to fully fund tickets for Youth in Transition and other students in need. Our final priority is to provide some fun Grad Nite "extras" for the Class of 2025. To that end, we are making the following sponsorship package available in the hopes of finding special community partners to help make our fundraising goals a reality.

Requested Donation of $5,000

We will feature the sponsor’s name and logo on:

  1. Banner displayed prominently on the fence of Westview High School facing Camino Del Sur, so all passing traffic can see the support of our sponsor

  2. “Thank you to our Sponsor” Ad in the Westview Nexus Newspaper 

  3. Acknowledgments on Westview PTSA website and Instagram pages, with links to the sponsor website 

  4. Other opportunities for acknowledgement at school events and fundraising activities 

  5. Special meet and greet with Westview High School Principal Ernie Remillard for the presentation of an acknowledgement plaque, with coverage by the Nexus and the opportunity for the sponsor to share coverage to their website and social media.
